Legal Notices apply to your use of Thescreensaver.co.uk regardless of whether or not you choose to select the relevant link where the terms and conditions are detailed.You are considered to be notified of these legal notices through your use of this site.

The Screen Saver Windscreens  terms and conditions of business are shown below.   

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this web site irrespective of whether you have elected to click on the "Terms & Conditions" links which appear on the site. The links having been drawn to your attention, you are deemed to have notice of these Terms & Conditions.

Our standard terms and conditions applicable to vehicle glass repair and vehicle glass replacement services are as follows:

1.  The Screen Saver Windscreens  shall undertake, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement the repair or replacement of vehicle glass.

2.  Our contract is with you the motorist or owner of the vehicle. You agree to pay us the amount specified on the invoice or delivery note.

3.  If you have comprehensive car insurance you may be liable for the first portion of your claim (the “excess”). The exact amount of the excess will be specified in your insurance policy. Unless you have already paid the excess to us, you must pay the excess at the time of completion of the vehicle glass repair or the vehicle glass replacement unless we agree to invoice you separately.

4.  If you and your insurer or account operator have authorised us to do so we will seek payment of our fee directly from your insurer or account operator on your behalf and you hereby authorise us to do so. If, for what ever reason (including, for example, where we have indicated to you on behalf of the insurer that your claim will be paid by the insurer) your insurer or account operator refuses to pay, you will be liable for our fee.

5.  If there is no direct billing arrangement in place payment is due at the time of the repair or replacement being booked unless otherwise agreed in advance.

6. All prices include fitting but exclude any additional trims and clips that may be required. Diffrent prices apply to insurance claims. Prices are for standard working hours being Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00 excluding bank hoildays. Payment must be made at the time of booking or installation if agreed at time of booking.

7. The Screen Saver Windscreens retains the title in all goods supplied untill full payment is received.

8.All our work is covered by a 12 month guarantee

9.Failure to cancel appointment within 4 hours of appointment time or work not being able to be carried out due to problems with your vehicle whilst on site you will incur a standard call out/administration charge of £40 plus vat.

 

10. Where subcontractors are used to carry out any work,  liabilty for any faulty work will not be paid for unless prior approval is given
 

11. We do not sell on any personal information to third parties
